Some years I make resolutions, other years I forget or refuse. Either way, I’m always really bad at sticking to them but this year I’ve decided to make one because it’s really important:
To take care of myself better
I’m so bad at making sure I eat regularly and properly. So bad at dragging myself out of the house at the weekend, even though I always feel so much better for some fresh air and sunshine. So bad at taking time away from my computer to really think about things.
I’ll probably still be really bad at this stuff this time next year but at least by recording it I’m recognising that it is something that is important and that I have to keep in mind. Hopefully that’ll be the first step in the right direction!
