This is probably my absolute favourite salad of all time. It’s another meal inspired by a dish at a restaurant, this time Noir, that I loved so much I had to go home and attempt to recreate it.
- Chopped salad leaves
- Finely sliced pear
- Chopped or grated Manchego cheese
- Chopped Prosciutto
- Chopped Walnuts
I usually toss it in a light dressing of 50:50 Olive Oil and Lemon juice. Delicious.
