This style of dinner is so easy to prepare, we usually end up eating it at least once every 2 weeks. It can be so tasty if you pick the right ingredients, and you get a whole meal whilst feeling like you’re just snacking.
A good loaf of bread is an important starting point, with some delicious butter or olive oil.
An assortment of tasty proteins comes next, we like a variety of cheeses and prosciutto, sometimes we’ll have pate as well. Leave out the meat and you have a vegetarian-friendly meal.
Don’t forget the veggies! Carrot sticks, apple slices, cherry tomatoes… anything bitesize. The great thing about this meal is it’s completely customizable so you can add or take away whatever you want.
