I’ve never really been much of a salad fan but, since moving to California, I’ve started to appreciate that salads vary enormously so I’ve recently started experimenting with different ideas.
I threw this one together the other day and really enjoyed it, so I thought I’d share. Here are the ingredients:
- Orange slices
- Cilantro/Coriander leaf
It works perfectly with my go-to dressing – 50:50 mix of olive oil and lemon juice.
Since it’s pretty simple and doesn’t contain any meat or even protein, it works great as a side salad. I had mine with some delicious seared salmon off the BBQ.
